Walking in the opposite spirit. What's that?

Well, basicly it's all about not letting the situation nor the spiritual atmosphere govern over you but swimming against the current.

An outreach team from our base just got badly robbed here in Argentina. What did the decide to do? To have an amazing worship time!

As a base we are facing lots of financial challenges with many outreaches. How do we act before these situations? We practise generousity! And a friend just got her visa and ticked and is now in a plane in order to join the outreach team in Italy.

Amazing! Are you getting the idea? One of your friends is struggling with judgement and critisism. Fine, just forgive and extend grace! Find it hard to work with certain people because of their pride? Haha, you know already what to do! Humble yourself and you'll see the change. Walk in purity against the lust. Walk in truth against the lies. Walk in joy against the depression.

The thing is that the Spirit of God will always overcome the spirit of this world. The problem is when we absorb the negative spirit and let it become part of our attitudes and actions. I'm really good at that, and that's why I really need the Holy Spirit to show me His reality and strategy.

Ok, now as I've explained this I just want to put it into practise and give God thanks for His faithfulness and favor in my finances and support!

Last month I was praying for a job to do. And I received the opportunities to work as a wedding DJ and help my friends with a theatre set up. Well, then the job ended and I found it hard to believe in God's faithfulness. However I received a big offering from a friend I least expected..! With that money I was able to pay my staff fee and food here at the base. Now that money has been spent. So happened? I received a lots of foodstuff from a friend!

Haha, I could tell you how I found some money from the garbage or how many times different friends have shared their food with me just when I needed it. But I just want to share this testimony to declare the faithfulness of my Father! I decide to walk in the opposit spirit and share what I have. I don't let the worry take over but I praise God already because He's gonna show His goodness!
